Dr. Jenifer Hartman Receives Second QM Course Certification

Jenifer Hartman

OLITS is very pleased to announce that Dr. Jenifer Hartman, of the USFSP College of Education, has received Quality Matters certification for The Principalship (EDA 6503). Her course was awarded certification on July 9, 2018.

This is the second course for which Dr. Hartman has received QM Certification. Her course, Principles and Practices of Educational Supervision (EDS 6050), was awarded certification on August 23, 2017

Dr. Hartman developed these courses as part of the Masters Degree program in Educational Leadership. The program built a fully online track to better accommodate the busy schedule of professional teachers and to extend their reach to other candidates throughout the state. The Educational Leadership faculty have come together with the goal of obtaining QM Certification for all courses in the degree program by the end of this year.

Dr. Hartman’s course is now listed on the QM database of award-winning courses from colleges and universities across the globe. Additionally, the QM Seal of Recognition will now be displayed on the front page of her online course to signify to her students the commitment to a high-quality learning experience.

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Hartman!

We look forward to working with other faculty through course design, professional development, and Quality Matters review. Contact Online Learning and Instructional Technology Services for more information.
