Dr. Todd Shank Receives Course Quality Re-certification

Todd ShankOnline Learning and Instructional Technology Services (OLITS) is very pleased to announce that, on September 27, 2017, Dr. Todd Shank received Quality Matters re-certification for his online course, International Finance (FIN 2604). His course received its’ initial QM certification on February 28, 2012.

The initial QM certification resulting from a peer review is valid for five years. The re-certification review, which follows the most recent rubric and set of standards, is valid for an additional three years.

The Quality Matters initial and re-certification peer review process is rigorous and focuses on the quality of course design and alignment of materials. The reviewers apply 43 standards from a research-based rubric of best practices in online and blended learning.
